Cancellation Policy

Life is full of surprises, and we aim to be accommodating. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stay at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, rest assured you will receive a complete refund of all payments.

One-Time Cleaning Fee

To provide a pristine and welcoming environment for every stay, we apply a one-time $195 cleaning fee. This ensures the home is professionally sanitized and perfectly prepared.

Pet Fee

We are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to our prairie home. Guests may bring up to two dogs to enjoy the wide-open spaces. A simple one-time fee of $100 per stay applies.
