Hello, I'm Susanne Goodlaxson Landgrebe.
As a resident of Colfax, Iowa, I have a deep appreciation for the people, history, and natural beauty that make this area such a special place. Growing up here and later building a healthcare business in the community has given me a strong connection to the place I proudly call home.
Prairie Retreats was created to offer visitors a peaceful and welcoming place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Central Iowa has to offer. Whether you're visiting family, attending local events, exploring nearby attractions, or simply looking for a quiet getaway, my goal is to provide a comfortable and memorable experience.
Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping others heal and creating spaces where people feel cared for, welcomed, and at ease. That same philosophy guided the creation of Prairie Retreats. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide guests with the comfort, warmth, and hospitality I would want for my own family and friends.
